Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to begin the returns process.

  For quality concerns or shipping damage, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging to help us expedite your claim.

  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide a prepaid shipping label if a physical return is required.

  Refund or Replacement

  After processing your request, we will either ship a fresh replacement of your bars or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
